I first contacted iInsure365 way back in 2016, and was immediately impressed by Charlotte's engagement and level of service. Over the years since then, we have done business many times for various different entities of mine. She has been particularly good with awkward situations that others couldn't cover easily, and amazing at rapidly pushing things over the line when I might put her under last-minute time pressure. I can not recommend Charlotte and iInsure365 highly enough!

I needed to get buildings insurance for my block with a recently formed RTM. Charlotte was incredibly helpful, and I was insured in under an hour. Not only was I shocked by how reasonable the price was, it was one of the easiest parts of setting up the RTM. I would recommend to anyone.

I've worked with Iinsure 365 for at least 10 years, insuring a small portfolio of BTL properties. The service has always been professional. The team seem really concerned that we always get a competitive quote, along with the correct type and amount of cover. I recently had a problem with a bereaved relative's house insurance which had lapsed during their last days. Although it was a complex case, Charlotte got us cover in place quickly and dealt directly with the executors on our behalf.
I would highly recommend this business.

Great experience. Charlotte Skinner assisted with obtaining building insurance quotes for my apartment block and I can't thank her enough. Ours is a complex and challenging building but Charlotte went out of her way to test the market and speak with a range of insurers so that other leaseholders and I understood the options open to us.
