What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, debit card, credit cards, direct debit and cheques. Please note that some payment methods carry transaction fees that are incurred. More information on these can be found in our terms and conditions.
I have made payment, when should I expect my documents?
We aim to issue all documents electronically within 24 hours of payment. If necessary, we will instantly confirm cover by email in addition to this.
Are you the insurer or a broker?
We have our own buildings insurance scheme which we manage and also introduce business to other insurers.
Do you offer other types of insurance?
We have access to markets for home insurance, professional indemnity insurance, business insurance and school insurance. Please contact the office for more information.
I need to make a claim, who do I speak to?
Please initially contact the office on 01273 827090 who will direct you to the relevant claims department.
What happens if my property becomes vacant?
Vacant cover varies dependant on the insurer. Please contact the office to discuss your circumstances and an account handler will advise you further?
How long are your quotes valid for?
30 days unless otherwise stated.
Do you cover DSS tenants?
Yes, as long as the AST is direct between the landlord and tenant. If this is not the case, it is at the insurers discretion.
Can you insure properties outside of the UK?
No. We are only able to insure properties in the United Kingdom.
I am currently residing outside of the UK, can I get insurance?
Cover for non-uk residents is offered on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, we are able to obtain cover.
